About the Author

Gabrielle Earls is a qualified yoga teacher, doula and remedial massage therapist who specialises in pregnancy. Her work in prenatal yoga was inspired following her pregnancy with her first son in 2006. Gabrielle has been a yoga teacher since 2008. She continually updates her training and knowledge with respected mentors and yoga teachers in Australia and internationally. She is recognised as a prenatal yoga educator through Yoga Alliance (yogaalliance.com) and certified to teach the internationally-recognised 85 hour prenatal teacher training qualification. Birth in Awareness is her yoga school and is a recognised Registered Prenatal Yoga School. Gabrielle is a mentor and certified doula through Birthing from Within (birthingfromwithin.com). She has trained with Pam England whose philosophy influences the work she does within the areas of pregnancy and birth. Gabrielle lives in Sydney, Australia, with her wonderful partner and two sons.
