When Stephen Monk's ten-year-old daughter asked him to write a book
involving dreams for young people, it took him a few years to see
the request through. But he did!
This story is based on his own experiences and what helped his
curiously active young mind when he was growing up. Monk has been
an avid student of the mind and body for decades and has received
many certificates and diplomas in the mental health fields. He is
currently taking psychology and philosophy at university.
