Reviews

'"The General Theory" is nothing less than an epic journey out of intellectual darkness. That, as much as its continuing relevance to economic policy, is what makes it a book for the ages. Read it, and marvel.' - From the introduction by Paul Krugman

John Maynard Keynes is one of the most influential thinkers of the 20th century whose ideas single handedly changed the way we perceive this world. His policies were responsible for sailing the world economies out of the Great Depression of 1930. Keynes can be considered the father of modern Macroeconomics. This importance of this book is relevant not only til today but will continue to be so in the foreseeable future.
