Professor Carberry's unconventional professional background is a result of her pursuit of improving the outcomes of patients and families, advocating for their voices to be heard in the health care system to drive change. She has been a registered nurse for over 20 years with experience in patient care, administration, outcomes measurement, clinical research, and data analytics.
