Dr Alan Desmond is a Consultant Gastroenterologist based in Devon. Board Certified in both Gastroenterology and General Internal Medicine, he completed his specialist training in Cork, Dublin and Oxford. He has published numerous research papers in leading medical journals.A well-known figure in the gut health medical world, Dr Desmond also has excellent connections within the plant-based community - he appears on podcasts, the Plant-based News tv channel and runs gut health courses with Happy Pear.
